This lovely new holiday apartment is bright and airy and has been furnished to a high standard. It is ideal for families, couples or golfers. There are 2 bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the lounge. Both bedrooms and lounge have ceiling fans for your comfort. The spacious lounge/dining area has TV showing English channels plus Sports, Movies and Childrens Cartoons. The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables and lamps plus a very large wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds, bedside table, lamp and large wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and new crockery and utensils. The bathroom has a full size bath with overhead shower, WC, bidet and washbasin. The spacious balcony has a large patio table with 5 chairs and is ideal for al fresco dining. There is parking immediately outside the property. The swimming pool and pretty gardens are just a few steps from the apartment. A one minute walk will bring you to a supermarket that sells just about everything you will need. A variety of bars, restaurants, banks and shops are all within walking distance. There are gardens with a play area for young children a few yards away. The beautiful sandy beaches of Punta Prima, Mar Azul, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia and Cabo Roig are just a few minutes drive away. There are several golf courses in the area. Villamartin golf course and plaza is 15 minute drive away.
The town of Torrevieja with its beautiful tree lined streets, many shops, aquapark and marina is a 10 minute drive away.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, hob and oven.
Living Rooms:
The lounge with a sofa bed, wall unit, TV and ceiling fan. The dining area has a dining table with four chairs.
Terrace:
As you enter this property you have a spacious balcony with a table and five chairs, a perfect place for breakfast in the sun, or an evening drink before visiting one of the many restaurants in the area.
Other:
The laundry room leads from the kitchen and has a large capacity boiler, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Coast/Beach With many beautiful beaches on this coast you can visit a different one every day. The beautiful sandy beaches of Punta Prima, Mar Azul, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia and Cabo Roig are just a couple of minutes drive away. To the south of Torrevieja the beaches are made up of sandy coves and to the north of the town there are miles of long golden sandy beaches. Some of the beaches have childrens play areas and volley ball facilities.
Golf For golf fanatics the area boasts some of the finest golf courses on the Costa Blanca. These include Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamor and La Finca, all within a short drive from the apartment.
Travel Alicante airport is approximately a 40 minute drive and Murcia airport is just a 25 minute drive.
Distances There are bars, restaurants, supermarket, car hire, bank and hairdressers just a few minutes walk away. Torrevieja with its many shops, bars and restaurants is a 10 minute drive away. Its tree lined promenade and marina make it an ideal place for a leisurely stroll, or to just sit and watch the world go by. For the water fans there are Aquaparks in Torrevieja and Quesada.
Further details Torrevieja and its surrounding areas have daily markets varying in size. The local market at Playa Flamenca is held every Saturday. Here you can buy shoes, handbags, clothes, household goods as well as fresh fruit and vegetables.
