This charming 2 bedroom house is in a beautiful well established area and has lovely views from the roof terrace. The pretty communal swimming pool is just a few paces from the house. There is a large supermarket, banks, restaurants and bars just a 2 minute walk away. Villamartin Plaza with its many bars, restaurants and shops, and Villamartin golf course is nearby, with Los Ramblas and Campoamor golf courses just a few minutes drive away.
The pretty garden has a patio area surrounded with bourganvilla trees. This, along with the roof terrace, provides plenty of space for sunbathing and entertaining outdoors.The front door leads directly into the lounge and dining area. The spacious lounge has English TV, a sofa and arm chairs, dining table and chairs and open fireplace. The full size kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, cooker, microwave and all utensils that you will need. Leading from the kitchen is a laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron. There is a downstairs cloakroom with WC and washbasin. Marble stairs lead to the first floor with master bedroom, second bedroom and family bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables with lamps. The master bedroom also has French doors leading to a private balcony. The second bedroom has a single bed and bunk beds. The bathroom has a full size bath with overhead shower, WC, and wash basin. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for a self catering holiday. Fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, iron, ironing board, toaster and kettle.

The utility room houses the washing machine.
Living Rooms:
The lounge diner has a sofa, two arm chairs, dining table and four chairs, wall unit, coffee table, TV showing all English and sports channels, and open fireplace. The window overlooks the sunny patio garden.
Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service:
Bed linen and bath towels are included. (Not beach towels.)
Notes on accommodation The house is suitable for families or couples. The patio garden has a gate and overlooks a green area. The gorgeous communal pool and grassed area is just a few paces from the house.

Outside The sunny patio garden has patio furniture and sunloungers and is an ideal place to sunbathe, sit and relax. The balcony from the master bedroom and the roof terrace provide lovely views of the surrounding area, and further space for relaxing in the sun.
Coast/Beach The area is proud to have several "blue flag" beaches. The sandy beaches of La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Mar Azul, Campoamor and Cabo Roig are just a few minutes drive away. Guardamar, north of Torrevieja, has a lovely pine forest which leads to a long sandy beach with sand dunes. It is about 20 minutes drive away and well worth a visit. There are beach bars on beaches during the summer but Guardamar pine forest is a lovely place for a picnic.
Golf There are several golf courses in the area. The closest being Villamartin which is just 2 minutes away. Campoamor and Las Ramblas are about a 5 minute drive away with La Finca being about a 20 minute drive away.
Travel Alicante airport is 45 minutes away. Murcia airport is 20 minutes away.
Distances Torrevieja town with its promenade and marina is 10 - 15 minutes drive. Here you will find plenty of shops, bars, restaurants to enjoy. Or you could walk along the promenade, shop at the market stalls, or just sit and relax watching the world go by. There are several bars and restaurants to choose from just a couple of minutes walk away. The local commercial centre at Los Dolces and the Plaza at Villamartin offer a huge selection of restaurants and bars. Eat and drink in the open air, enjoy the entertainment in the evening and look out for the parrots in the palm trees at the Plaza.
Further details The area offers something for everyone. Whether you are a beach person, a golf fanatic, love Aquaparks, enjoy visiting historic places of interest or just want to chill by a pool. If you are a shopaholic, there are street markets in the area everyday and shoe factories in Elche that you may wish to visit. The local market at Playa Flamenca is held every Saturday.
