Villa in Torrevieja, Costa Blanca, Spain: This house is situated in the quiet residential area of Mar Azul, Torrevieja and is very close to sandy beaches and coves. Mar Azul sea front is just a few metres from the property. Here you can relax in the sun, under reeded parasols, on the grass foreshore with lovely views of Torrevieja town. The communal swimming pools are just around the corner. A choice of bars and restaurants are close at hand. The house is typically Spanish with its own palm tree providing some welcoming shade to the patio area. The open plan lounge diner is comfortably furnished with Sky TV, music centre, sofa bed, armchair, dining room table and 4 chairs. Leading from the lounge diner is the newly fitted kitchen area which is fully equipped with cooker, fridge freezer and washing machine. The main bedroom with its double bed has doors leading to a balcony. The second bedroom has twin beds. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. There is a full size bathroom with overhead shower and WC as well as a separate WC on the ground floor.

Mar Azul is situated just south of Torrevieja, a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the town yet within a short walk of bars, restaurants and shops. The seafront is a perfect place to relax in the sun. The beautiful local sandy beach, which is surrounded by Palm trees is just one of the many coves and beaches in the area. The N332, which is the main coast road, is just a few minutes drive away. For the golf fanatics the area boasts some of the finest golf courses on the Costa Blanca, these include Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamor and La Finca. Torrevieja, itself, is a busy town with shops, bars, restaurants, aquapark, long promenade and marina and is just a 5 minute drive away. The promenade is an ideal place for a leisurely stroll, to just sit and watch the world go by. The marina is a lovely place to relax with a drink. There are several bars and restaurants here. For the bargain hunters Torrevieja and its surrounding areas have daily markets varying in size.

The master bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and air conditioning unit. Doors lead to a balcony.
The second bedroom has twin beds, air conditioning unit, chest of drawers and bedside table.

Bathrooms: The bathroom has a full size bath with an overhead shower, WC and wash basin.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker hob, oven, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster and iron and iron board.

Living Rooms: The lounge and dining area is furnished with a sofabed, Sky TV with English, sport and cartoon channels, music centre, dining table and chairs.

Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: All bed linen and towels are provided (not beach towels). A complimentary welcome pack of food and drink will be provided on your arrival.

Notes on accommodation
This is a typical Spanish house in a predominantly Spanish area and is a stones throw from the sea. It is a perfect place for families. The communal pool is just a short walk along the path that runs between the houses. Highchair and cot are available for hire.

Outside
There is a front patio ares and a newly tiled rear courtyard with a patio table and four chairs. There is also a gazed balcony which leads off the master bedroom. Parking is available directly outside the villa.

Coast/Beach
The beautiful sandy beaches of Playa Flamenca, Mar Azul, Punta Prima and La Zenia are very close to the house. With many lovely beaches on this coast you can visit a different one each day of your holiday. To the south of Torrevieja low cliffs enclose and protect a continuous series of coves and small sandy beaches. To the north of Torrevieja there are miles of golden beaches backed by Pine clad dunes. Guadarmar with its long sandy beach and Pine forest is a must to visit.

Golf
For the golfers this area boasts some of the finest golf courses on the Costa Blanca, these include Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamar and La Finca. All within a short drive from the villa.

Travel
Alicante airport is a 40 minute drive and Murcia is just a 25 minute drive.

Distances
The town of Torrevieja is less than 5 minutes drive away.

Further details
The village of Fortuna and Archena are home to the famous Natural Spa Waters of the area. The Mar Menor area is traditionally known for its mud baths which are said to eleviate symptoms of arthritis and rheumatism.
