Apartment Accommodation

Bedrooms:	Master bedroom has air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a new double bed, large wardrobe, bedside tables, lamps, ceiling fan, en-suite shower, WC, washbasin. the bedroom window provides a lovely view to the pool and gardens. Bedroom 2 has air conditioning, a ceiling fan, twin beds, large wardrobe, bedside table, lamp, ceiling fan.
Bathrooms:	Bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, WC, bidet and wash basin. There is also an ensuite to main bedroom.
Kitchen:	The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for a self catering holiday. Dishwasher, fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, iron, ironing board, toaster and kettle.
Utility Room:	The utility area houses the washing machine.
Living Rooms:	The well furnished lounge diner has air conditioning, 2 sofas, (one of which is a sofabed sofa), dining table and four chairs, coffee table, TV showing all English and sports channels, and open fireplace. The window overlooks the sunny patio garden.
Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service:	Bed linen and bath towels are included. (Not beach towels.)

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is suitable for families or couples. The patio garden has a gate and the complex is also gated. There is a sun awning available on the patio if shade is required.The gorgeous communal  pool and grassed area is at the rear of the property and is accessed along a path which runs down the side of the apartment.

Outside
The sunny patio garden has patio furniture and is an ideal place to sunbathe, sit and relax. If shade from the hot sun is required, there is a new sun awning that can be used to shade the patio.The path running along side the property leads to the pool just a few yards away.

Coast/Beach
The area is proud to have several "blue flag" beaches.
The nearest sandy beach is La Zenia which is about a 3 minute drive away. Other sandy beaches in close proximity are Playa Flamenca, Mar Azul, Campoamor and Cabo Roig.
Guardamar, north of Torrevieja, has a lovely pine forest which leads to a long sandy beach with sand dunes. It is about 20 minutes drive away and well worth a visit. There are beach bars on beaches during the summer but Guardamar pine forest is a lovely place for a picnic.

Golf
There are several golf courses in the area. The closest being Villamartin which is just 2 minutes away. Campoamor and Las Ramblas are about a 10 minute drive away with La Finca being about a 20 minute drive away.

Travel
Alicante airport is 45 minutes away.
Murcia airport is 20 minutes away.

Distances
Torrevieja town with its promenade and marina is 10 - 15 minutes drive. Here you will find plenty of shops, bars, restaurants to enjoy. Or you could walk along the promenade, shop at the market stalls, or just sit and relax watching the world go by.   There are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from just 100 yards away at the Los Dolses centre.
Villamartin plaza is a square full of bars, restaurants and local supermarket. Eat and drink in the open air, enjoy the entertainment in the evening and look out for the parrots in the palm trees.

Further details
The area offers something for everyone. Whether you are a beach person, a golf fanatic, love Aquaparks, enjoy visiting historic places of interest or just want to chill by a pool.
If you are a shopaholic, there are street markets in the area everyday and shoe factories in Elche that you may wish to visit. The local market at Playa Flamenca is held every Saturday.
