There are lifts to the apartment which is on the fourth floor. A variety of bars, restaurants, shops and banks just a short stroll away. The sea is within walking distance.

Bathroom:	The bathroom has a full size bath with overhead shower, WC, bidet and wash basin.
Kitchen:	American style kitchen. Fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven and hob, washing machine, toaster, kettle, ironing board and iron.

Living Room:	The lounge with double doors opening on to balcony has a sofa bed, dining table and four chairs, coffee table, Sky TV with English channels. Ceiling Fan. Intercom system.
Other:	The spacious balcony can be accessed from both the living room and main bedroom. It has stunning views of the sea and surrounding area. Patio table, chairs and sunloungers.
Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service:	Bath towels and linen are provided (not beach towels).

The apartment is well furnished and has ceiling fans for your comfort.Heating is available for winter use.

Coast/Beach
With many beautiful beaches on this coast you can visit a different one each day of your holiday.
La Mata beach is one of the longest, sandy beaches in the area.
To the south of Torrevieja low cliffs enclose and protect a continuous series of coves and small sandy beaches.
To the north of the town there are miles of golden sandy beaches backed by Pine and Palm clad dunes. There are some of the best Blue Flag beaches in the area and most have facilities such as Volleyball nets and play areas for children.

Golf
For the golf fanatics the Torrevieja area boasts some of the finest golf courses on the Costa Blanca, these include Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamor and La Finca.

Travel
Easy access from airports- 40 minutes from Alicante and 30 minutes from Murcia.

Distances
The sea is within walking distance of the apartment. Bars, restaurants, banks, shops and supermarkets are just a short stroll away. Torrevieja town is just 5-10 minutes drive away. Here, with its marina and Palm tree lined promenades, is an ideal place for a leisurely stroll, just sit and watch the world go by, or visit on a summer evening and see them transformed into a market with stalls of every kind. There is a bus service to Torrevieja.

Further details
Torrevieja and its surrounding areas have daily markets varying in size. For the bargain hunters you can shop at a different market every day of the week.
The local market at La Mata is held every Wednesday and Torrevieja's is held every Friday.

The village of Fortuna and Archena are home to the famous spa waters of the area. The Mar Menor area is traditionally known for its mud baths which are said to eliviate symptoms of arthritis and rheumatism.
