The second bedroom has a single bed with a second bed that slides out from underneath it. There is a wardobe and bedside table with lamp. Ceiling fan. |

The American style kitchen is fully fitted with an electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. |

Notes on accommodation
This holiday apartment is new and has been furnished to a very high standard and has air conditioning to lounge and main bedroom plus ceiling fans in all rooms. It has Sky TV showing English and Irish channels, Sky sports, movies, cartoon and music channels, plus English radio stations. There is also a DVD player and portable music player for your use. The spacious terrace has a patio table and four chairs making it a perfect place to relax with a drink and watch the sun go down. Highchair and cot are available for hire, on request.
The apartment is on the first floor of a low rise apartment block. There is a lift service just outside the apartment door.
Outside
There is a large communal pool with pretty, well attended gardens.
Coast/Beach
La Mata beach has miles of golden sand but with many beauiful beaches on this coast you can visit a different one each day of your holiday.
To the south of Torrevieja low cliffs enclose and protect a continuous series of coves and small sandy beaches.
To the north of the town there are miles of golden sandy beaches backed by Pine and Palm clad dunes. There are some of the best Blue Flag beaches in the area and most have facilities such as Volleyball nets and play areas for children.
Golf
For the golf fanatics Torrevieja boasts some of the finest golf courses on the Costa Blanca, these include Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoarmor and La Finca.
Travel
Easy access from Airports - 40 minutes from Alicanti and 25 minutes from Murcia.
Distances
There is a convenient supermarket plus a couple of bars and restaurants just across the road or just a few minutes walk away is a larger choice of supermarkets, bars and restaurants. . It is a ten minute stroll to La Mata beach and it is a five minute drive into the busy town of Torrevieja. The marina is a must to visit with bars, restaurants and evening entertainment.
The Palm tree lined promenades are an ideal place for a leisurely stroll, or to just sit and watch the world go by, or visit on a summer evening and see them transformed into a market with stalls of every kind.
The pine gardens at La Mata are a lovely place to have a picnic or just for a stroll.
Further details
Torrevieja and its surrounding areas have daily markets varying in size. For the bargain hunters you can shop at a different market every day of the week.
La Mata market is held every Wednesday and Torrevieja's is held evey Friday.
The village of Fortuna and Archena are home to the famous natural spa waters of the area. The Mar Menor area is traditionally known for its mud baths which are said to eleviate symptoms of arthritis and rheumatism.
