This lovely brand new villa is part of a high class development of houses and low rise apartments. There are 3 houses adjoining each other that can be rented individually or together. There are 2 communal pools, one is literally outside your garden gate and can be easily viewed from the garden which makes it perfect for keeping an eye on the children whilst you relax. The house is spacious and airy with new furniture and brand new kitchen appliances. There is airconditioning in the lounge and both bedrooms, for your comfort.. Also on the ground floor is a fully tiled shower room with walk-in shower, WC and washbasin. The large commercial centre at Playa Flamenca, with dozens of bars and restaurants to choose from, is just a 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk away. There are several local beaches to choose from all within a 5 minute drive. Torrevieja with its busy town, marina and aquapark is 10 minutes drive away. This lovely villa provides the perfect accomodation for families, couples or golf fanatics.

Notes on accommodation
The house has a tiled patio area, with patio furniture, and pretty garden with flowering shrubs and bushes. There are 2 other terraces, the large roof terrace has an outdoor shower. On road parking is available. One of the lovely landscaped communal pools is right outside your gate. The second communal pool is just in the next block.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beaches of Punta Prima, Mar Azul, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Campoamor and Cabo Roig are just 5 minutes drive away. With many beautiful sandy beaches on this coast you can visit a different one each day of your holiday. To the south of Torrevieja low cliffs protect a continuous series of coves and small sandy beaches. To the north of the town there are miles of golden beaches backed by pine and palm clad dunes. The area has some of the best Blue Flag beaches and most have facilities such as Volleyball nets and play areas for children.
Golf
For golf fanatics the area boasts some of the finest golf courses on the Costa Blanca. The closest being Villamartin (just 10 minutes drive away), Campoamor and Las Ramblas all within a 10 - 15 minute drive away. La Finca golfcourse is approximately a 20 minutes drive away.
Travel
Easy access from airports - 45 minutes from Alicante and 20 minutes from Murcia.
Distances
The house is just a few minutes walk from local bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, hairdressers and shops.
The town of Torrevieja with its marina, beach front promenade, many shops, bars and restaurants is a 10 minute drive away. There are also 2 Aqua Parks within a short drive. Elche with its shoe factory is a 30-40 minute drive away. The historic cities of Murcia, Cartegena and Alicante are all with a 40 minute drive. Benidorm is approximately an hours drive away.
Further details
Torrevieja and its surrounding areas have daily markets varying in size. For the bargain hunters you can shop at a different market every day of the week. The local market in Playa Flamenca is held on a Saturday.
