This lovely brand new 3 bedroom house has off road parking and large patio area. The pretty communal swimming pool is just around the corner. The "L" shaped lounge diner has been tastefully furnished with two sofas, coffee table, unit with Sky TV, dining table and 6 dining chairs. There is airconditioning to this room and all other rooms have fans for your comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/ freezer, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, crockery and cutlery. All appliances and utensils are new. A rear tiled courtyard leads from the kitchen. Also on the ground floor is the spacious shower room with walk-in shower, WC and wash basin. Stairs lead to the bedrooms and family bathroom. The master bedroom has double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and double patio doors which lead to a private terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds and the third bedroom has a single bed, both have wardrobes and bedside tables. The family bathroom has a full size bath with overhead shower, WC and wash basin. Stairs lead from the landing to the spacious roof terrace with views of the surrounding area. There is a patio table with chairs and sunloungers for your enjoyment. A golf course is under construction and will be just a stones throw from the house. Villamartin with its famous golf course and Plaza full of bars and restaurants as well as supermarket and shops is a 5 minute drive away. We would recommend that holiday makers visiting this area arrange for a hire car. The beaches are just a 10 minute drive away.

Notes on accommodation
The house has a large tiled patio area with off road parking. The house is set in a residential area, some development is still in progress but it is our oppinion that this will not adversely affect visitors, however the rental prices have been set to reflect this. The lovely landscaped pool is just around the corner from the house.

Outside
The patio has furniture for outdoor dining consisting of a table and four chairs, plus sunloungers.
The large communal pool is gated and has a high fence to its perimeter. It has a grassed area surrounding it which makes it an ideal place to relax in the sun.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beaches of Punta Prima, Mar Azul and Playa Flamenca are just 10 mins away. With many beautiful beaches on this coast you can visit a different one each day of your holiday. To the south of Torrevieja low cliffs protect a continuous series of coves and small sandy beaches. To the north of the town there are miles of golden beaches backed by pine and palm clad dunes. The area has some of the best Blue Flag beaches and most have facilities such as Volleyball nets and play areas for children.
Golf
There are several golf courses within a short drive. The closest being Villamartin (just 5 minutes drive away), Campoamor and Las Ramblas all within a 10 - 15 minute drive away. La Finca golfcourse is aproximately a 20 minutes drive away.
Travel
Easy access from airports - 45 minutes from Alicante and 20 minutes from Murcia.
Distances
The house is within a 5 minute drive (20 minute walk) of supermarkets, bars and restaurants at Villamartin and Via Park. Playa Flamenca commercial centre is 8 minutes drive.
Torrevieja with its marina, beach front promenade, many shops, bars and restaurants is a 10 minute drive away. There are also 2 Aqua Parks within a short drive. Elche with its shoe factory is a half hour drive away.
Further details
Torrevieja and its surrounding areas have daily markets varying in size. For the bargain hunters you can shop at a different market every day of the week. The local market in Playa Flamenca is held on a Saturday.
