Communal Pool

This new apartment is part of a high class development of houses and low rise apartments. There are two communal pools to choose from, one being just yards from your door. The apartment is spacious and airy with Sky TV, new furniture and  new kitchen appliances. The lounge and bedrooms have fans for your comfort. Patio doors open from the living area to the spacious balcony which looks directly on to the pool. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets are 5 minutes walk away with a large commercial centre just a few minutes drive. There are several local beaches to choose from all within 5 minutes drive. Torrevieja with its busy town, marina and aquapark is 10 minutes drive away.

Holiday Accommodation

Bedrooms:	The master bedroom has a double bed, large wardrobe with drawers, bedside tables, lamps, fan and window looking out to pool area. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, a large wardrobe, bedside table, lamp and fan. There is a room on the second floor which has a sofabed and wardrobe. Patio doors lead to the roof solarium. The second bathroom is ensuite to this room.
Bathrooms:	The main bathroom has a full size bath with overhead shower, WC, bidet and washbasin. The second bathroom consists of an enclosed walk-in shower, WC and washbasin.
Kitchen:	Fully equipped American style with new appliances. Hob, oven, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board.
Utility Room:	Washing machine, laundry sink, large capacity boiler.
Living Rooms:	The large lounge/diner has patio doors opening to the balcony which overlooks the pool. There is a sofa bed, armchair, wall unit, Sky TV showing English and sports channels, coffee tables, lamp, fan, extendable dining table and dining chairs.
Other:	Balcony with large patio table and chairs, perfect for relaxing with a drink, outdoor dining or watching the children in the pool. A large roof solarium leads from the second floor room. The solarium has sunloungers and an outside shower, perfect for cooling off.
Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service:	Clean bed linen and towels are provided (not beach towels).

The apartment has a spacious balcony and very large roof solarium with patio furniture. There are two communal pools.

Coast/Beach
With many beautiful beaches on this coast you can visit a different one each day of your holiday. To the south of Torrevieja low cliffs enclose and protect a continuous series of coves and small sandy beaches.
To the north of the town there are miles of golden beaches backed by Pine and Palm clad dunes. There are some of the best Blue Flag beaches in the area and most have facilities such as Volleyball nets and play areas for children.

Golf
For golf fanatics the area boasts some of the finest golf courses on the Costa Blanca. These include Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoarmor and La Finca. All are within a short driving distance.

Travel
Easy access from Airports - 45 minutes from Alicante and 20 minutes from Murcia.

Distances
The apartment is just a few minutes walk from local bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
Local beaches are within a 5 minute drive.
Torrevieja with its many shops, bars and restaurants, is a 10 minute drive away. Its tree lined promenades are an ideal place for a leisurely stroll, or just to sit and watch the world go by. Visit on a summer evening and see the promenade transformed into a market with stalls of every kind.

Further details
Torrevieja and its surrounding areas have daily markets varying in size. For the bargain hunters you can shop at a different market every day of the week. The local market in Playa Flamenca is held every Saturday.
