This lovely 2 bedroom villa is furnished to a very high standard. It has a patio, garden and large roof solarium, all of which are ideal for relaxing with a drink, dining outside or just soaking up the sun. The villa has been thoughtfully furnished, by the owners, to ensure that you have everything you need for an enjoyable holiday.There are ceiling fans in the lounge and both bedrooms. The lounge also has air conditioning.The large communal pool is just a few yards from the front door. There is a large supermarket just a couple of minutes walk from the property. A five minute walk and you will find a complex with a wide variety of bars and restaurants. There are several local beaches to choose from all within a 5 minute drive. Torrevieja with its busy town, marina and aquapark is 10 minutes drive away.

Outside
The garden/patio has a table with 4 chairs, sun loungers and a garden bench. The large roof solarium also has a table with 4 chairs and also a garden bench. The outside areas are spacious making them an ideal place to relax in the sun.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful sandy beaches of Playa Flamenca, Mar Azul, Punta Prima and La Zenia are very close to the villa. With many lovely beaches on this coast you can visit a different one each day of your holiday. To the south of Torrevieja low cliffs enclose and protect a continuous series of coves and small sandy beaches. To the north of Torrevieja there are miles of golden beaches backed by Pine clad dunes. Guadarmar with its long sandy beach and Pine forest is a must to visit.
Golf
For the golfers this area boasts some of the finest golf courses on the Costa Blanca, these include Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamar and La Finca. All within a short drive from the villa.
Travel
Alicante airport is a 40 minute drive and Murcia is just a 25 minute drive.
Distances
The town of Torrevieja is less than 10 minutes drive away. There is a market on the Palm lined promenade every evening where you can buy your souveneirs or sit at one of the many cafes and just watch the world go by. There is also a market every day at different locations around the Torrevieja area. A market is held every Saturday at Playa Flamenca.
Further details
The village of Fortuna and Archena are home to the famous Natural Spa Waters of the area. The Mar Menor area is traditionally known for its mud baths which are said to eleviate symptoms of arthritis and rheumatism.
